How is your payment processed?
Your payment goes through the PayPal website. Since PayPal is processing your payment, your credit card or financial information is never seen.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still purchase our kits through their secure server using a credit card or an e-check.
What if something goes wrong during the checkout process?
If for any reason, you experience any problems, please contact Cathy immediately. If for some reason you are billed incorrectly, TSS will correct this situation.
What length of memberships do you offer?
We currently do not offer memberships.What if my kit is lost or damaged?
If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, you will need to email Cathy as soon as you place your order so that we can invoice you for it. Your order will not ship until the additional insurance has been paid. We are NOT responsible for any order once the post office has picked it up. All our kits and add-ons are packaged in plastic bags to protect them from possible water damage.
Where can I find layout ideas for my kit?
The Scrapping SpotTM design team will be creating layouts each month with the current kits. The monthly newsletter, gallery and the message board will be great resources for giving you wonderful ways to use your kits.
I don't have a credit card, what can I do?
We do accept PayPal. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still purchase our kits. You don't need a credit card to purchase through PayPal.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
Only those who live in Kentucky will be charged sales tax. If you are a Kentucky resident but purchase the kit for someone that lives out of state, you will also be charged sales tax.
Is my information kept private?
All of the information you give to us will be held confidential. We will not sell, transfer, trade, or give any information to a third party.
What are your shipping rates?
Our preferred method of shipment is Priority Mail through the United States Post Office.
For Domestic customers shipping is a flat rate of $5.00.
For International customers we charge actual shipping. At the time of check out you will be charged the initial $5.00; we will then charge the remaining amount upon shipping your order. Your order will be shipped when the remainder of the shipping has been paid.
When are Orders shipped?
Orders are shipped within five days of your order being placed.
