I'm thrilled beyond words to join The Scrapping Spot's design team! I'm Anna (aka annamills2001) and have been scrapping since 2001 when our oldest daughter turned 1. My husband Shane and I have been married for 15 years and we have 3 crazy/chaotic/sweet kids - Kelsey is 10, Garrick is almost 8, and Aslynn just turned 6. We live in West Virginia and enjoy visiting amusement parks, zoos, the mountains, and just about anywhere else we can work in a little trip :) Scrapbooking allows me to not only preserve all those important memories, but also provides the therapy needed for dealing with a gone (a lot) military hubby, full-time out of the house job, kids bouncing off the walls, laundry piling up, cat needs fed.....wait...therapy, right? Ah yes, I remember. See? I'd certainly go crazy without my hobby! Kits from The Scrapping Spot have fit perfectly into my scrappy world. I get so much out of each kit and always love the results. I hope to share lots of wonderful layouts and projects with you during my DT term as well as challenge and inspire you to get a lot of pictures scrapped. My philosophy is 'glue and go'!  In addition to scrapping I also enjoy trying new recipes and reading the occasional smutty romance book - paranormal and highland guys in kilts are my faves (don't judge me, try one!).
